▪ Editorial verdict
Twingate has built its reputation on solving the problem that undermines most ZTNA rollouts: end-user resistance. The lightweight client and genuinely fast deployment mean organisations consistently report replacing legacy VPN within days, and the split-tunnel architecture avoids the performance overhead that makes some VPN and ZTNA experiences frustrating.
The honest limitation is enterprise scale complexity: the largest enterprises with the most demanding device posture requirements will find Zscaler ZPA or Palo Alto Prisma Access offer greater depth.
The verdict: right for organisations of any size wanting the fastest, simplest ZTNA deployment with the best end-user experience. The largest enterprises should evaluate Zscaler ZPA instead.
